# Add Stamps
|
||
|
|

||
|
|
Place image stamps on your PDF pages using an embedded viewer with a stamp annotation toolbar. Stamps can include your name for attribution, making this useful for approval workflows, review processes, and document marking.
|

## How It Works
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
1. Enter your name in the **Stamp Username** field. This name will appear on stamps you create.
|
||
|
|
2. Upload your PDF file by clicking or dragging it into the drop zone.
|
||
|
|
3. The stamp editor opens with your document loaded in a viewer.
|
||
|
|
4. Use the toolbar's image stamp tool to select and place stamps on any page.
|
||
|
|
5. Position and resize stamps as needed.
|
||
|
|
6. Click **Save Stamped PDF** to download the result.
|
||
