refactor: centralize CDN config and fix service worker fallback

- Centralize CDN versions/URLs in cdn-version.ts
- Switch LibreOffice to @bentopdf/libreoffice-wasm package
- Fix service worker fallback to support all WASM packages
- Remove dead code and silence production logs
