chore: migrate Docker Hub to bentopdfteam, add Podman/Quadlet support

- Migrate Docker Hub account from bentopdf to bentopdfteam
- Make GHCR the recommended container registry
- Add Podman and Podman Compose support
- Add Podman Quadlet (systemd) documentation
- Add Table of Contents to README
